Technical Parameters
The moulded door skins are hot pressed from MDF or HDF boards at the thickness varying from 2.5 mm to 4.2 mm, with the standard door size 2150x600-1050 mm. There are more than 20 popular designs available for option.
Dozens of wood species can be laminated as the overlay, which includes Ash, Beech, Bubinga, Cherry, Chinese Birch, Mahogany, Maple, Okoume, White Oak, Red Oak, Padouk, Sapeli, Teak, Walnut, Wenge and EV veneer finelines.
A minimum order of a 20' FCL is required for easy organization and cost-saving transportation. A favorable discount is available with the order over 3 containers.
