Canadian Maple (Acer saccharum) or Sugar Maple is a native species around the Great Lakes. Benefited from the cold climate there, the Maple trees have a short growing season and tight growth rings, which makes it the best material for street skateboard deck building.
We offer Maple veneers at 1/16" thick, about 10" wide and 33" long.
